Role Overview Join Mindvectors’ specialist panel for scoped customer projects and on-demand technical assignments. Independently deliver Microsoft 365 implementations, Exchange Online and email migrations, complex troubleshooting, security and architecture reviews, and presales consultation, with work allocated by expertise and availability. Responsibilities Projects: Microsoft 365 & Exchange Online Implement or optimize current or existing Microsoft 365 tenants and Exchange Online environments. Configure email domains, DNS, mail routing, connectors, mailboxes, email policies and security baselines. Deliver documented solution design, implementation, testing, handover and acceptance. Email Migrations Deliver Google Workspace, Zoho Mail, IMAP, on-premises Exchange and Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations. Plan Exchange hybrid scenarios where applicable; evaluate dependencies, tool requirements and downtime. Perform technical assessments, pilots, mailbox migration, cutover, rollback preparations and validation. Provide post-migration stabilization and issue remediation against agreed scope. On-Demand Incident & Escalation Support Investigate critical Exchange Online mail flow, deliverability, SMTP relay and authentication incidents. Troubleshoot failed migrations, Outlook connectivity, DNS, SPF, DKIM,



DMARC and connector configuration. Provide root-cause analysis, corrective action plans and resolution notes. Support defined customer technical calls and escalation windows. Identity, Collaboration & Security Assess or configure Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access and identity integration. Support Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Exchange Online Protection and security improvement projects. Work on Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Purview and Intune assignments where qualified. Architecture, Presales & Automation Join technical discovery sessions; advise on licensing architecture, scope, migration approach and effort. Draft solution designs, statements of work, implementation estimates and risk registers. Use PowerShell or Microsoft Graph to automate appropriate administration and reporting tasks. Required Technical Skills Proven Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online delivery and advanced email troubleshooting skills. Practical experience independently completing enterprise migrations. Strong understanding of DNS, mail flow, email authentication, Entra ID and security. Ability to estimate work, document deliverables and communicate with customers professionally.



Preferred Experience Hybrid and tenant-to-tenant migrations; BitTitan, Quest or equivalent migration tools. Microsoft CSP/MSP experience and Microsoft technical certifications. Defender, Purview, Intune, Microsoft Graph and advanced scripting. Performance Expectations Quality and timeliness of accepted project deliverables and milestone sign-off. Effective technical escalation resolution and documentation. Accurate effort estimates, proactive risk identification and customer handover quality. Working / Engagement Conditions PROJECT WORK: fixed scope, assumptions, exclusions, milestones, acceptance criteria and fixed/milestone fee agreed in a written statement of work. ON-DEMAND SUPPORT: preapproved hourly/day/per-incident rates, minimum billable block, response expectations and work authorization. Urgent, weekend and out-of-hours rates require express approval before services are provided. No guaranteed assignment volume or automatic obligation to accept work unless contracted.
