Mandatory Requirements
• 5-7 years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, Program Coordination, Operations, or a related role.
• Strong experience in cross-functional coordination and project tracking.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with customers.
• Strong follow-up and action-tracking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Robust attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects. EV background Experience in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defence, electronics, electrical, automotive, EV, battery systems, or a similar industry




• Experience working with B2B customers and technical teams.
• Experience coordinating engineering or manufacturing projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools and project trackers.
• BE/B.
Tech in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Exposure to EV-related products or systems such as battery packs, BMS, wire harnesses, high-voltage/low
- voltage systems, charging systems, or power electronic
• Understanding of automotive/EV project phases such as prototype development, testing and validation, supplier coordination, and production ramp-up
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, IATF 16949, or other automotive quality processes would be an added advantage
