Experience:
5–8 Years (Mandatory – Restaurant / Hospitality Industry)

Education:
Graduate in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management or relevant qualification. Job Overview We are looking for an Smart ,Presenatable, experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the complete operations of a reputed restaurant in South City, Sunview Market, Ludhiana. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and hands-on experience in managing restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise, train, and manage restaurant staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports.




- Monitor restaurant expenses and operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Drive sales and maintain overall restaurant performance Skills Required :
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in restaurant management.
- Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience handling a reputed restaurant is preferred.
- Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory, billing, and food safety.
