Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion HCM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical guidance on implementation best practices.
- Develop OTBI reports and BI Publisher dashboards to provide insights into HR data for informed decision-making.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Compensation & Perks. Job

Requirements:

- 8-17 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consulting or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) concepts including REST APIs, Inbound/Outbound integrations.
- Proficiency in developing complex reports using OTBI Report Builder or other reporting tools like Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP).
- Experience working with various stakeholders including business analysts, project managers, developers, DBAs etc.
