Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the complete 360-degree recruitment process.
- Make outbound calls to UK-based candidates and recruit them for healthcare roles.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Healthcare Assistant (HCA) and Nursing positions. Preferred Candidate Profile
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Confident in communicating professionally with UK-based candidates.
