Shivaji Nagar , Pune Job Responsibilities 1. Recruitment – International Voice Process (Primary Responsibility)
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for International Voice Process requirements (US/UK).
- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, referrals, social media and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on communication skills, English fluency, accent, and customer-handling abilities.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate operations/voice assessments.
- Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups and offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and achieve recruitment targets.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, daily hiring reports and pipeline MIS.
- Coordinate with Operations Managers for manpower planning and urgent hiring requirements.
- Handle candidate engagement, salary negotiations and joining follow-ups.
- Drive joining ratios and minimize candidate dropouts. 2. HR Generalist Activities




- Manage employee onboarding, induction and joining formalities.
- Handle employee grievances and employee relations.
- Conduct employee engagement and retention activities.
- Manage attendance, leave and attrition tracking.
- Coordinate exit formalities, full and final settlement and relieving processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports.
- Support HR policies, employee welfare and disciplinary processes. Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR / Recruitment within the BPO industry.
- Solid experience in hiring for International Voice Processes (US/UK).
- Good understanding of BPO recruitment and candidate sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle bulk hiring and meet recruitment targets.
- Comfortable working in a fixed US night shift.
- Must have own transportation / self-travel arrangement.
- Immediate joiners to candidates with a maximum 30-day notice period preferred. Interested candidates can share their updated resumes along with current CTC, expected CTC and notice period.
