Role Description
· Source and procure raw materials, components, tooling, and services to support business operations.
· Execute RFQs, supplier negotiations, purchase orders, and contracts to achieve cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
· Manage supplier performance across Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD), capacity, and responsiveness.
· Conduct supplier qualification, audits, and risk assessments in collaboration with the Quality team.
· Support NPD (Recent Product Development) through supplier selection, costestimation, tooling development, and timely sourcing.
· Drive Should Costing, Zero-Based Costing, value engineering , and cost reduction initiatives to improve profitability.
· Develop and manage suppliers for Aluminium Die Casting, Aluminium Injection Moulding, Stamping, and Machined Components .




· Identify alternate sourcing opportunities to mitigate supply chain risks and ensure business continuity.
· Maintain high standards of integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all procurement activities. Mentor and train team members to strengthen procurement capabilities and drive continuous improvement. Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, compare options, and support data-driven sourcing decisions.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and candidates.
- Demonstrated Contract Negotiation experience to secure favorable terms and manage supplier agreements.
- Procurement expertise to manage purchasing processes, vendor selection, and cost optimization.
