- 11-17 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in IT services & consulting industry.
- Robust understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, Production Support concepts.
- Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions using technology tools like Salesforce.
