- Design, implement, and maintain PeopleSoft HCM solutions for clients across various industries.
- Provide technical expertise on core HR modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Time & Labor Management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop customized solutions using PeopleSoft tools.
- Troubleshoot issues related to PeopleSoft system configuration, data migration, and reporting. Job
Requirements:
- 10-16 years of experience in implementing or supporting PeopleSoft HCM applications.
- Solid knowledge of core HR functions including employee data management, payroll processing, benefits administration.
- Experience with time tracking systems (Time & Labor) is an added advantage.
