Experience:
1–3 Years (Preferred) Qualification: Diploma / B.
Tech Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for FTTX (Fiber to the X) network installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Perform fiber optic cable laying, routing, splicing and termination activities.
- Handle FTTH/FTTB network deployment and connectivity.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility checks for new fiber connections.
- Perform OTDR testing, power meter testing and fiber loss measurements.
- Identify and resolve fiber network faults, cable cuts and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate with field technicians, contractors and project teams for timely execution.
- Ensure proper documentation of fiber routes, network layouts and maintenance activities.
- Monitor network performance and ensure minimum downtime.




- Follow safety standards and company guidelines during field operations. Required Skills
- Knowledge of FTTX / FTTH / GPON technology.
- Understanding of fiber optic cables, ODF, FAT, FDB, FTB and joint closures.
- Knowledge of fiber splicing and OTDR testing.
- Troubleshooting and fault rectification skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at field locations. Preferred Experience Experience in telecom projects, fiber rollout, O&M; activities and FTTH network implementation will be an added advantage. Pay: ₹25,000.00
