Key Responsibilities

- Conduct soft calling to share information with potential and existing clients.
- Draft and send skilled soft emails for client communication
- Research, identify, and engage potential leads.
- Share company and service-related information clearly and politely
• Maintain and update client data in Excel sheets .
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments or interactions when required.
- Coordinate with the sales & marketing team for smooth communication flow.
- Ensure clear, professional, and customer-friendly interaction at all times.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of email etiquette, MS Office, and computer operations.
- Confident, polite, and positive attitude .
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
