Job Summary Jubeerich Consultancy is looking for an experienced Student Visa Documentation Executive to join our Study Abroad team. The candidate will be responsible for handling student visa documentation, reviewing application documents and ensuring that visa applications meet the respective country requirements. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of international student visa processes, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple applications efficiently. Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle student visa documentation for international study applications.
- Prepare, review and verify visa application documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Guide students on the required financial, academic and personal documents for visa applications.
- Ensure documentation meets the specific visa requirements of the respective countries.
- Review financial documents, bank statements, sponsorship details and other supporting documents.




- Coordinate with students and education counsellors to collect missing documents and clarify discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing visa applications and uploading supporting documents through the relevant portals.
- Track application progress and ensure timely submission of documents.
- Stay updated on student visa rules, documentation requirements and immigration guidelines. Preferred Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in student visa documentation or a related role in a study abroad consultancy.
- Knowledge of student visa processes for the UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the USA and European countries.
- Valuable understanding of financial and academic documentation requirements.
- Strong document verification and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹100,000.00 per month Work
