Key Responsibilities
Patient Reception & Customer Service
- Greet patients, visitors, and medical staff warmly and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Manage the patient registration process, collecting accurate personal, medical, and insurance information.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently while managing a multi-line switchboard.
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding hospital services, OPD timings, doctor availability, and visiting hours. Administrative & Operations Support
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments for consultations, diagnostics, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate closely with nursing stations, doctors, and security personnel to manage patient flow and handle emergencies.
- Maintain and update digital patient records in the Hospital Information System (HIS) with high accuracy.
- Handle billing and cash handling for OPD registrations or consultation fees, ensuring accurate day-end reporting. Shift & Safety Management
- Manage evening and night shift operations at the front desk, ensuring seamless handover between shifts.




- Assist in crisis situations or medical emergencies by coordinating quickly with the emergency room (ER) and security teams.
- Monitor the reception area to ensure it remains clean, secure, organized, and welcoming. Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Hospital Administration or Hospitality management is a plus).

Experience:
1–3 years of experience as a receptionist, preferably in a hospital, healthcare facility, or hospitality environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and experience operating Hospital Information Systems (HIS) or CRM software.
- Personal Attributes: Solid emotional intelligence, ability to stay calm under pressure, problem-solving skills, and a professional demeanor. Pay: ₹15,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month Work
