The profile provides exposure to diverse challenges and the individual is required to multi-task, conceptualize, connecting with existing clients + onboarding of current clients. Have attention to detail, work under stringent deadlines while aggregating and interpreting data. Role Responsibilities •Getting relevant B2B customers on board, nurturing them and converting them to consistent key accounts (Packaging space) •Cross functional & key stakeholder management (both external & internal) to drive packaging revenue •Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement. •Plan,



execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth. •Ensuring 100% end to end fulfillment rate for all orders. •Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payables Key Stakeholders Packaging Vendors For onboarding, product listing and servicing of vendors Order Management & Customer Care Teams Ensuring end to end fulfillment for all orders Customers, Key accounts Onboarding/ hunting & farming Work Experience 5+ years of experience in Sales, Account management in Packaging industry or in similar industry Knowledge/ Skills Excellent in communication skills High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch Startup experience would be an added advantage. Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry Education B.
Tech (pref). & MBA from a Tier 2/3 OR IIP
