Site Engineer Position: Engineer

Location:
Bengaluru Reporting To: GM – Projects Position Overview The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and managing onsite construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders to deliver highquality projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daytoday site operations and ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications.
- Monitor construction quality, safety protocols, and adherence to building codes.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow.
- Track project progress, prepare reports, and escalate issues to the GM – Projects.




- Provide technical guidance to site teams and resolve onsite engineering challenges.
- Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, materials, and inspections. Qualifications &

Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.
E./B.
Tech).
- 5–10+ years of proven expertise in site supervision and project execution.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools.
- Solid communication, problemsolving, and leadership abilities.
- Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and delivering projects within deadlines.
- Indepth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and structural design.
- Experienced in interpreting technical drawings, layouts, and site measurements. Wellversed in building codes, safety regulations, and compliance practices.
