About the Role
Elkos Healthcare Private Limited is seeking a meticulous and proactive Dispatch Executive to oversee daily order processing, packaging verification, documentation, and freight logistics for our Pan-India PCD Pharma franchise operations. The Dispatch Executive ensures that pharma consignments—including tablets, capsules, injectables, syrups, and promotional materials—are dispatched accurately, securely, and within turnaround timelines.

Key Responsibilities
1. Order Processing & Verification
- Receive confirmed sales orders from the PCD Franchise Sales / Billing team and cross-check order details against product availability.
- Supervise the accurate picking, sorting, and packing of medicines, ensuring strict verification of product brand names, composition, batch numbers, manufacturing dates, and expiry dates.
- Ensure promotional inputs (visual aids, catch covers, MR bags, reminder cards, product glossaries, and doctor samples) are correctly packed alongside franchise orders. 2. Logistics & Transporter Coordination
- Coordinate with courier companies (DTDC, Blue Dart, Trackon, Delhivery) and road transport agencies (V-Trans, TCI Freight, ARC, Safechem, and local transport hubs) for daily pickup.
- Negotiate competitive freight rates, select optimal delivery routes, and ensure timely vehicle placement for bulk consignments.
- Track shipments end-to-end and proactively follow up on delivery status, transit delays, or demurrage issues. 3. Invoicing,



Compliance & Documentation
- Generate and reconcile transport documentation, including Delivery Challans (DC), Packing Slips, Consignment Notes (Bilty / LR
- Lorry Receipt), and E-Way Bills on the GST portal.
- Ensure all pharma dispatch operations adhere to Positive Distribution Practices (GDP), Drug & Cosmetics Act guidelines, and transit safety norms.
- Maintain complete physical and digital filing of stamped LR copies, PODs (Proof of Delivery), and dispatch registers. 4. Inventory, Breakage & Damage Control
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure temperature-sensitive or fragile products (such as glass ampoules, syrups, and injectables) receive appropriate protective packing.
- Log and process franchise partner complaints regarding transit breakages, leakages, short deliveries, or missing items.
- Assist with monthly physical stock audits and reconcile physical inventory with ERP entries. 5. Franchise Support & Reporting
- Share tracking numbers, courier slips, and transporter LR details with franchise associates and regional sales coordinators immediately after dispatch.
- Prepare Daily Dispatch Reports (DDR) capturing dispatch value, carton counts, destination states, and freight charges. Pay: ₹11,000.00
- ₹18,000.00 per month
