Responsibilities:
Summary: The Associate Team Leader / Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of agents to ensure delivery of business goals, including performance metrics, quality, customer experience, and compliance. The TL will provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members while acting as the first point of escalation for process-related issues.1. Knowledge on Computers:
- Function of control panel(Where to find add or remove programs and services)
- Function of task manager and how to check the CPU usage and end the processes
- Function of device manager
- Should know the basic functions of computer settings (User accounts)
- Services(How to check the status of programs and enable them if necessary)
- Downloading/Copying/Transferring the file
- Command prompt and Basics of Networking
- Basics of Firewall(how to Disable, Enable and Create Exceptions)" 2. MS Office:
- An expert in MS Office
- Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.



Knows in and out of all these software's, all shortcuts, formulae etc. 3. Coaching, Training and Feedback Skills
- Attended training sessions like TTT, feedback mechanism. 4. People Management
- Have managed / lead teams 5. Team Player
- Able to take the lead not only for owns team but also other teams which would affect the program directly or indirectly. 6. Result oriented
- Able to create a plan and work systematically. Predict problems and figure out ways to overcome them and indefinitely attain the results. 7. Stress Management
- Guide ones own team and other teams to finish their tasks under critical circumstances and stressful setting. 8. Adaptability
