Job Title: HR Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Manager to independently manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee management, performance monitoring, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have solid people-management skills, the ability to handle challenging employee situations, and experience working in a startup or fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, interviews, and hiring.
· Handle employee onboarding, offer letters, appointment letters, and documentation.
· Maintain attendance, leave records, employee databases, and HR trackers.
· Coordinate monthly payroll, salary processing, and Full & Final settlements.
· Implement HR policies, company rules, and employee disciplinary procedures.
· Monitor employee performance, KPIs, productivity, and attendance.
· Handle employee grievances, performance issues, and exit formalities.
· Coordinate applicable statutory compliances, including PF, ESI, and Professional Tax.
· Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports for management.



Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or Business Administration.
· 5-8 years of hands-on HR experience.
· Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
· Practical knowledge of Indian employment practices and statutory compliance.
· Experience in payroll coordination and performance management.
· Good communication, negotiation, and employee management skills.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HR tools.
· Ability to independently manage HR operations with minimal supervision. Key Expectations

· Ensure timely recruitment and effective workforce management.
· Maintain confidentiality and professional integrity. Pay: ₹20,000.00
- ₹30,000.00 per month
