Job description
We are hiring a Depot Operations Supervisor to manage daily fleet and driver operations at our EV hub. This is a ground-level leadership role handling drivers, vehicles, shifts, and on-road incidents. What You Will Handle:
- Manage 100+ drivers and ensure shift discipline.
- Monitor vehicle allocation, login/logout, and trip performance.
- Handle driver grievances, penalties, and compliance
- Manage accident cases and emergency situations
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance and workshop visits
- Track vehicles using GPS systems
- Ensure smooth 24/7 depot operations
- Resolve customer escalation related to fleet issues Must Have: Experience managing 100+ drivers:
• Experience in fleet / transport / hub operations
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
• Solid control over driver discipline and attendance
• Basic Excel knowledge
• Valid driving license Good to Have:
- EV fleet experience
• Insurance claim handling
• Workshop coordination
