Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and construction documentation.
- Interpret architectural drawings and convert them into accurate 3D BIM models.
- Coordinate with structural and MEP teams.
- Maintain BIM standards and ensure model accuracy. Required

Skills:

- Knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Understanding of architectural design and construction drawings.
- Knowledge of BIM workflows and documentation.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills. 2. Structural BIM Modeler / Structural Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Develop structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Model foundations, columns, beams, slabs, walls, and other structural elements.
- Prepare structural drawings and detailed construction documentation.
- Understand and interpret structural engineering drawings.




- Coordinate structural models with architectural and MEP disciplines. Required

Skills:

- Knowledge of Autodesk Revit Structure and AutoCAD.
- Understanding of structural systems and construction practices.
- Familiarity with BIM modelling and coordination workflows.
