- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support / Technical Support.
- Robust hands-on knowledge of troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Good knowledge of dialer management, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of call routing, campaign management, and voice-related issues.
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, IP, and connectivity).
- Ability to independently identify and resolve technical issues.
- Must be comfortable working in both day and night shifts (rotational shifts).
- Must be based in Dehradun and available to join immediately. Preferred: Candidates with prior BPO / Call Centre IT support experience.
