- 05:30 pm IST to 2 :30 am IST We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module, Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, and Customer Service. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams, manage project lifecycles, and ensure successful delivery of SAP SD and OTC-related initiatives. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, ensure alignment with business objectives, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP SD and OTC projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for SAP SD, OTC, and Customer Service processes.
- Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources while ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Ensure successful delivery of SAP SD enhancements and process improvements across Order-to-Cash cycles.
- Drive system integrations, data migrations,



and testing efforts.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and key updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Work with technical teams to ensure functional specifications align with system configurations.
- Provide leadership in managing change requests and ensuring solution design meets business needs.
- Facilitate user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in SAP SD, OTC, and Customer Service domains.
- Strong understanding of SAP SD module, including pricing, billing, order management, and logistics execution.
- Experience managing large-scale SAP implementations, upgrades, or enhancements.
- Proficiency in the Order-to-Cash lifecycle and knowledge of Customer Service processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
