Bulk Hiring & HR Operations Executive Company: RK Group Department: Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

- Handle bulk hiring for blue-collar and operational positions across multiple locations.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
- Conduct walk-in interviews and local recruitment drives to meet manpower requirements.
- Recruit for positions such as Waiters, Cooks, Kitchen Staff, Helpers, and other frontline operational roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and operations teams to ensure timely fulfilment of vacancies.
- Manage HR operations, including employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and employee records.
- Monitor attendance, joining status, and employee deployment in coordination with the operations team.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment MIS, hiring trackers, and HR reports.




- Support employee engagement and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; HR specialization preferred.
- 25 years of experience in bulk recruitment and HR operations.
- Experience in hospitality, QSR, catering, retail, facility management, or similar industries preferred.
- Strong knowledge of blue-collar and frontline hiring.
- Positive communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment trackers, and HR documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve hiring targets.
