Bachelor's degree preferred Healthcare/Recruitment

Experience:
Not mandatory. Complete training will be provided. Your Role You will be trained to:
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms
- Communicate with healthcare professionals in the US
- Screen candidates based on job requirements
- Understand healthcare job roles and requirements




- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate information in our ATS
- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline
