Mohali, Punjab Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Working Days: 5 Days a Week Employment Type: Full time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and passionate AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Python programming, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, intelligent applications and implement innovative AI/ML solutions to solve real-world business problems.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Design, develop, and implement machine learning and AI-based solutions. ✔ Build, train, test, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models. ✔ Develop scalable applications and backend services using Python. ✔ Work with supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms. ✔ Implement NLP, Generative AI, and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions. ✔ Work with frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Pandas. ✔ Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, model evaluation, and optimization. ✔ Develop and integrate REST APIs for AI/ML model deployment. ✔ Work with databases and large datasets to extract meaningful insights. ✔ Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and product teams.



✔ Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency. ✔ Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies. Required Skills &

Qualifications:
✔ 5–6 years of professional experience in AI/ML development. ✔ Strong proficiency in Python programming. ✔ Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms and model development. ✔ Good knowledge of Deep Learning concepts and neural networks. ✔ Experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. ✔ Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical concepts. ✔ Experience with NLP and Generative AI is preferred. ✔ Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases is an added advantage. ✔ Experience in developing and deploying REST APIs using Flask or FastAPI. ✔ Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases. ✔ Understanding of Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is desirable. ✔ Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred

Skills:
✔ Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or LlamaIndex. ✔ Experience building AI-powered chatbots and intelligent automation solutions. ✔ Knowledge of MLOps, model monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines. ✔ Experience with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, or ChromaDB. Pay: ₹60,000.00
