Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the overall functioning of our vegetarian restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant activities.
- Supervise kitchen and service employees.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Manage inventory and stock requirements.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints.
- Monitor billing, cash flow and daily sales.
- Coordinate staff duties and work schedules.
- Ensure efficient service and smooth operations. Requirements




- 2–5 years of experience in restaurant or hotel management preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory and billing systems.
- Positive team management and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of food safety standards.
