Role & responsibilities
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Oversee branch handling activities, ensuring effective management of resources and teams across multiple locations.
- Build solid relationships with channel partners, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets for affordable housing loans (LAP) and DSA products. Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-9 years of experience in Affordable Housing Loan Against Property (LAP), DSA/DST/Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Strong understanding of Affordable Housing finance concepts such as Affordable Loan Against Property (ALAP), Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), etc.
- Proven track record in managing teams effectively through Team Handling or Branch Handling roles.
