Job Description
We are looking for an experienced PPC Manager who has worked in the Automotive AC / HVAC manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for planning production, managing materials and ensuring that customer orders are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans.
- Plan production as per customer orders and delivery schedules.
- Ensure raw materials and components are available on time.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor daily production and compare actual output with planned targets.
- Manage material shortages, WIP and inventory.
- Plan machine capacity and manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely completion and dispatch of customer orders.




- Prepare daily production reports and MIS.
- Use ERP/SAP for production and material planning.
- Identify production problems and take corrective action.
- Improve production planning and reduce material wastage. Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in PPC.
- Experience in Automotive AC / HVAC / Auto Components manufacturing is preferred.
- Knowledge of production planning, material planning and inventory management.
- Valuable understanding of BOM, MRP and production scheduling.
- Working knowledge of SAP PP/MM or other ERP systems.
- Good coordination and team management skills.
- Diploma or B.
Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering. Pay: ₹900,000.00
- ₹1,100,000.00 per year Work
