Job Title: Computer Operator – Tractor Dealership Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and computer-savvy Computer Operator to manage daily showroom operations, customer enquiries, sales data, delivery records, and spare parts inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Enquiry Management: Entering new customer enquiries into the company CRM/software and maintaining accurate records. 2. Enquiry Follow-up: Regularly following up with customers through phone calls and maintaining follow-up status. 3. Enquiry Punching: Timely punching and updating all enquiries in the company’s system. 4. Delivery Punching: Updating tractor delivery details, customer information, and sales records in the system. 5. Spare Parts Management: Maintaining spare parts stock records, purchase entries, sales entries, and inventory updates. 6. Sales Reporting: Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. 7. Data Management: Maintaining customer databases, documentation,



and dealership records. 8. Coordination: Coordinating with the sales team, service team, and management for smooth dealership operations. 9. Documentation: Maintaining proper records of tractor sales, deliveries, stock, and other showroom activities. Required

Skills:

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word).
* Good typing and data entry skills.
* Knowledge of Excel formulas and data management.
* Good communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to maintain accurate records.
* Experience in automobile or tractor dealership operations will be preferred.

Experience:
1–2 Years preferred (Freshers with positive computer knowledge can also apply). Pay: ₹8,000.00
- ₹10,000.00 per month Work
