Production Execution: Ensure daily production targets are achieved as per the production plan and delivery schedule. Manpower Management: Allocate workers to respective activities, monitor attendance, productivity and shift-wise performance. Quality & Process Control: Monitor FRP manufacturing activities, including lamination, , curing, trimming and finishing, ensuring compliance with approved SOPs and quality standards. Safety & Coordination: Ensure shop-floor safety, 5S compliance and coordinate with maintenance, quality and stores teams to minimize production delays and breakdowns. Pay: ₹11,000.00
