Job Description

- Invoice Processing & Exception Management
- Identification of discrepancies through system reports




- Research & Analysis and reporting of various kind of invoice discrepancies & exception
- Regular contact with Buying Group/ Vendors to resolve discrepancies through e-mails/phone
- Resolve queries of Invoice Processing team
- Provide requested information to Supervisor for all internal & external audits
- Provide quality customer service via processing Communication Skills-• Ability to communicate well with outside parties over the telephone.
• Ability to write Invoice exceptions.
• Ability to communicate well with buyers and vendors.
