Minimum 2 Years Qualification: Diploma / BE Mechanical Engineering Employment Type: Full time Job Summary We are looking for a Quality Engineer to handle quality inspection, ISO documentation, and quality management activities in our manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming materials, in-process and finished products.
- Ensure product quality as per customer drawings and specifications.
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
- Handle measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer and Height Gauge.
- Maintain ISO 9001:2015 documents, SOPs and work instructions.
- Prepare for and coordinate internal and external ISO audits.
- Handle customer complaints,
CAPA and corrective actions.
- Maintain calibration, training and audit records.
- Coordinate with production for quality improvements.
- Ensure 5S and quality standards are followed. Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality and ISO documentation.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
- Experience in quality inspection and ISO audits.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
- Good communication and coordination skills. Preferred: Experience in machining, precision components, GD&T;, 5S and 7 QC Tools.
