Full-time, Permanent About Map My Crop Map My Crop is an AgriTech platform specialising in remote sensing, GIS, satellite-based analytics, and precision agriculture. We are looking for an experienced Technical Head to lead our technology team, drive product innovation, and build scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage engineering and technical teams.
- Oversee software architecture, development, integration, and deployment.
- Manage the technology stack including FastAPI, Next.js, GeoServer, AWS, and SageMaker.
- Drive GIS, spatial data processing, satellite analytics, and geospatial visualization initiatives.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, technical standards, and best practices.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, scalability, security, and system performance.
- Oversee end-to-end technology projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with product, business, and operations teams.
- Drive R&D;, technical innovation, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
- Proven experience leading engineering or technology teams.




- Strong understanding of software architecture and system design.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Next.js, GeoServer, and AWS.
- Strong knowledge of GIS, geospatial technologies, and spatial databases.
- Experience with GitHub, Jira, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD.
- Understanding of AI/ML integration and scalable software platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, GIS, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in AgriTech, GIS, remote sensing, or SaaS product companies.
- Experience with AWS SageMaker and AI/ML-based applications.
- Experience building and scaling technology products from development to production. Benefits
