- Should have basic knowledge about telecom process.
- Should have typing skill. Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via email, chat, and web chat platforms.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customers' issues.
- Hindi with English Chat support.

Salary:
21k CTC and 17.5k TH. We can consider
