Key Responsibilities
-Drive state-level business growth, expansion, and strategic partnerships. -Lead teams and ensure smooth operational execution. -Build and maintain relationships with schools, government bodies, and educational institutions. -Achieve revenue, enrollment, and business expansion targets. -Oversee the implementation of teacher training and B2B school programs. -Develop strategies to strengthen the organization's presence across multiple districts. What We're Looking For: -Graduate or Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred). -7–10 years of experience in sales, operations, or education program management. -Proven leadership and team management capabilities. -Strong stakeholder engagement and networking skills. -Good understanding of the EdTech, education, or skill development ecosystem. -Ability to manage business targets and drive regional growth.
