Nashik Job Overview We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeller with an architectural background to develop 3D building models, prepare architectural drawings, coordinate design information, and support project teams through BIM workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain architectural BIM models.
- Create 3D models using Revit and related software.
- Prepare plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Convert design concepts into accurate BIM models.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP teams.




- Identify and report design clashes or coordination issues.
- Update models based on design revisions.
- Maintain BIM standards and project documentation.
- Generate schedules, quantities, and drawing sets as required.
- Coordinate with architects and project teams for timely deliverables. Required Skills
