The candidate should have hands-on experience in plastic injection moulding. ###
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plastic Injection Moulding Machines (IMM).
- Handle mould loading, unloading, mould setting, and machine setup.
- Set process parameters and ensure smooth production startup.
- Identify and troubleshoot defects such as short shots, flash, sink marks, warpage,
and black spots.
- Monitor production output, rejection levels, and machine downtime.
- Prepare daily production, rejection, and downtime reports.
- Manage shift operations, manpower allocation, and production targets.
- Follow 5S, workplace safety, and Kaizen practices. ### Candidate Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in plastic injection moulding.
- Hands-on experience with IMM operations and mould setting.
- Positive understanding of injection moulding processes and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and rejection management.
- Basic knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and workplace safety.
- CIPET qualification or Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline.
