Job Summary We are seeking a strategic and innovative Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the overall marketing function, strengthen brand positioning and drive business growth across our agriculture inputs, FMCG and consumer product businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies.
- Lead product marketing, brand positioning and portfolio growth.
- Drive digital marketing, trade marketing and farmer engagement initiatives.
- Identify market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities.
- Develop effective marketing campaigns to improve brand visibility.
- Strengthen customer acquisition, retention and long-term loyalty.
- Lead marketing teams and ensure effective execution of marketing plans.
- Monitor marketing performance, budgets and ROI.




- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to achieve revenue targets. Required Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
- 10+ years of experience in agriculture inputs, FMCG or consumer brands.
- Solid expertise in brand building and digital marketing.
- Proven experience in developing and scaling brands.
- Excellent leadership, communication and strategic planning skills.
- Strong understanding of customer behaviour and market dynamics. Pay: ₹80,000.00
- ₹90,000.00 per month
