Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bengaluru Designation: MIS Executive Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Food & Beverages / Hospitality Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage daily operational reports, maintain accurate data records, monitor inventory, and support management with timely business reports. The candidate should have robust analytical skills and advanced knowledge of MS Excel. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. MIS Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate operational and financial data.
- Develop dashboards and performance reports.
- Consolidate data from Central Kitchen and Retail Outlets. 2. Inventory & Stock Management
- Monitor daily opening and closing stock.
- Track raw materials, consumables, and packing materials.
- Prepare inventory consumption and wastage reports.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Identify stock discrepancies and report to management. 3. Sales & Operational Reporting
- Prepare daily sales and revenue reports.
- Analyse food costs, consumption, and wastage.
- Track daily indent and material movement.
- Generate reports from POS and inventory software.
- Monitor Central Kitchen dispatch and outlet stock receipts. 4. Data Analysis & Coordination
- Analyse operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with Finance, Purchase,



Operations, and Store teams.
- Ensure timely submission of management reports.
- Maintain data confidentiality and accuracy. Required Skills
- Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, formulas and dashboards).
- Strong knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.
- Experience with inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Knowledge of POS, ERP, or inventory software.
- Familiarity with Power BI and Tally is an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in B.
Com, BBA, BCA, B.
Sc., or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant MIS experience.
- Experience in Food & Beverages, FMCG, Retail, or Hospitality will be preferred. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely submission of daily MIS reports.
- Accuracy of stock and inventory reports.
- Reduction in reporting discrepancies.
- Effective monitoring of wastage and inventory consumption.
