0-3 Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales Associate to support sales activities in Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for meeting potential customers, developing business relationships, promoting the company's products or services, and identifying current sales opportunities through field visits. Freshers with good communication skills, a willingness to travel locally, and an interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential customers, dealers, retailers, and business clients to generate sales leads.
- Promote the company's products and services and explain their features to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities through market visits and customer interactions.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with the internal sales team to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
- Maintain records of customer visits, sales leads, follow-ups, and business activities.
- Prepare basic sales reports and update customer information using MS Excel or other office tools.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business. Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:
Graduates are preferred.

Experience:
Freshers can apply. Candidates with prior field sales experience will have an added advantage.
- Language

Skills:
Must be able to communicate in Bengali and Hindi. Knowledge of English is an added advantage.
- Field Work: Must be willing to travel locally across Kolkata for customer visits and business development.
- Communication: Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact confidently with customers.
- Computer

Skills:
Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel, is preferred.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, enthusiastic, presentable, and willing to learn. Interested candidates can apply with their updated resume. Pay: ₹12,000.00
