Overall 10+ years of industry experience, including hands-on experience as a senior Salesforce developer. Strong knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and design patterns. Strong understanding of object-oriented paradigms and the ability to apply the right level of solution complexit Hands-on experience implementing Lightning Web Components, batch processing, queueable processing, triggers and integrations. Implementation experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Hands-on experience with deployments using CI/CD. Experience with a contemporary software-development lifecycle and tools such as Git, ANT, scripting languages and code repositories. Experience with Agile development methodologies such as Scrum. Excellent business-level written and verbal communication skills. Ability to mentor developers and improve team-wide engineering effectiveness.
