We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Sales Trainees to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build a career in sales, business development, and client relationship management. The selected candidates will gain practical experience in the education and professional training industry. Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle incoming enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Contact prospective students and understand their career and training requirements.
- Explain courses, training programs, fees, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Schedule counselling sessions and demo lectures.
- Maintain enquiry records and update follow-up databases.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and admission targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students. Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Graduate or undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in sales, counselling, and business development.
