The candidate will be responsible for managing CRM platforms, cloud telephony, WhatsApp Business API, SMS, email marketing, push notifications, and automated communication workflows to enhance customer engagement, improve campaign performance, and streamline marketing operations. Skills Required
- CRM platforms (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, Freshsales)
- Cloud telephony (Exotel, Knowlarity, MyOperator, Ozonetel, Airtel IQ)
- IVR setup and call routing
- Push notification platforms (Firebase Cloud Messaging, OneSignal, CleverTap, MoEngage)




- WhatsApp Business API
- SMS gateway integrations
- Email marketing tools
