Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and experienced US Technical Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing, screening, and recruiting professionals for various technical roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Review resumes and assess candidates against technical job requirements.
• Recruit candidates for various roles.
• Develop a strong understanding of technical

• Conduct initial candidate screening and qualification calls.
• Evaluate candidates based on technical experience, skills, location, work authorization, compensation/rate, availability, and overall suitability.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers, clients, and account managers.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Follow up regarding interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding requirements.




• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the ATS/VMS.
• Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified professionals for current and future requirements.
• Work closely with account managers and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Meet daily and weekly recruitment and submission targets.
• Ensure candidates are properly qualified and submitted within required timelines.
• Stay updated on hiring trends, and the US staffing market. Required Qualifications
• Hands-on experience in US Recruitment.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting candidates for various technical positions.
• Good understanding of technical skills, technologies, and job requirements.
• Experience working with US-based clients or staffing requirements is highly desirable.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
