– Sales & Marketing Manager Position: Sales & Marketing Manager Locations: Mumbai / Hyderabad / Chennai Work Mode: 100% Remote (Work From Home)

Salary:
Up to ₹80,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various sales and marketing channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
- Promote and sell ISO certification, auditing, inspection, accreditation-related services, and corporate training programs.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email marketing, networking, and other business development activities.
- Identify potential corporate clients and develop long-term business relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, understand business requirements, and propose suitable services and training solutions.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports. Required Experience & Industry Preference First Preference – ISO Certification & Accreditation Industry
- Candidates with experience in the ISO certification, auditing, inspection, accreditation, and management system certification industry will be given first preference.
- Strong corporate networking and established connections with potential clients and decision-makers are highly desirable.
- Experience in selling ISO certification, auditing, inspection,



and related professional services will be an added advantage. Second Preference – Corporate Training Sales
- Candidates with rich experience in selling corporate training programs, professional development courses, and customized corporate training solutions will also be considered.
- Candidates must have a strong track record in B2B sales, corporate client acquisition, and business development.
- Candidates with excellent corporate networking and proven sales closure capabilities are encouraged to apply, even without prior ISO industry experience. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Full time graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience in corporate client acquisition and B2B lead generation.
- Ability to independently manage the sales pipeline and close business deals.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, CRM tools, and digital lead-generation platforms.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote setup. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary up to ₹80,000 per month.
- Compensation will depend on previous experience, relevant skill set, current in-hand salary, and overall suitability.
