Job Description
(JD) The Die Casting Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining high-pressure die casting (HPDC) machines and supporting equipment used in aluminium alloy wheel manufacturing to ensure smooth production, minimum breakdowns and maximum machine availability. 1. Main maintenance responsibilities
- Maintain Yizumi cold-chamber HPDC machines (500T, 700T and 1650T).
- Attend mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic breakdowns.
- Maintain hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, servo systems and valves.
- Maintain melting and dosing furnaces (Rauch furnace).
- Maintain furnace heating elements, thermocouples and temperature controllers.
- Maintain die cooling, lubrication and spraying systems.
- Maintain robot automation systems (FANUC).
- Maintain compressors, cooling towers, chillers and HT electrical systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown analysis.
- Maintain machine safety interlocks and emergency systems.
- Maintain spare parts and maintenance documentation.
- Follow TPM,

- Electrical panel troubleshooting
- PLC and sensor troubleshooting

- TPM and MTTR/MTBF Qualification & Experience
- ITI / Diploma / BE – Mechanical or Electrical Qualification & Experience
- ITI / Diploma / BE – Mechanical or Electrical
- 0–2 years of experience in die casting maintenance (depending on position)
- Experience with HPDC machines preferred Qualification & Experience
