Interview Mode: Virtual – 2 Rounds We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Insurance domain implementations. ? Mandatory Skills
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- Insurance Domain Experience
- Apex, Triggers, Test Classes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
- Salesforce Integration – REST / SOAP APIs
- Salesforce Technical Design, Configuration, and Customization
- Relevant Salesforce Certification in FSC, Sales/Service Cloud, or Platform ?

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications using FSC, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Lead technical implementations within the Insurance domain.
- Handle application support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- Interact directly with customers to understand business challenges and recommend technical solutions.




- Create and review technical designs, entity models, and configurations.
- Design and implement technical changes and enhancements.
- Provide technical guidance on integrations, customizations, and design validation.
- Perform data mapping, data analysis, and data migration using Data Loader, Import Wizard, and other tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and adherence to technical standards. ? Candidate Eligibility
- Candidates must be local to Delhi NCR.
- Previous MNC experience is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving notice with a maximum of 10–15 days.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
