Hyderabad Work Mode: Work From Office Job Summary We are looking for an experienced UK & EU Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment delivery operations across the UK and European markets. The candidate should have strong expertise in international staffing, client management, team leadership, and recruitment delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for UK and EU markets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters.
- Handle client requirements and understand hiring needs across UK and European regions.
- Drive candidate sourcing, screening, submissions, interviews, and closures.
- Work closely with clients, implementation partners, and internal recruitment teams.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and delivery metrics.
- Ensure timely and quality candidate submissions.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly delivery reports.
- Achieve recruitment targets and improve overall delivery performance. Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in UK & EU IT staffing/recruitment.
- Proven experience managing recruitment delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of UK and European recruitment markets.
- Experience handling direct clients and implementation partners.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet delivery targets. Preferred: Candidates with experience handling multiple European markets and immediate joiners.
