Crescent Lighting is a fast-growing lighting brand with a strong dealer and distributor network . We're expanding our sales team and looking for driven professionals ready to grow with us. Role Overview We are hiring a Sales Executive to drive dealer and distributor sales, expand market presence, and manage territory operations across Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales through dealers and distributors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the existing dealer network
- Drive market development and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis Requirements
- 2–8 years of experience in channel/dealer sales, preferably in the Lighting, LED, or Electrical industry
- Existing dealer/distributor relationships in Jaipur preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Willingness to travel across Jaipur territory
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred Pay: ₹25,000.00
- ₹50,000.00 per month
