Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2 application support for SAP MM and SCM modules.
- Handle production support incidents, service requests and change requests.
- Support Procurement and P2P processes, including PR, PO, GR and GI.
- Troubleshoot Inventory Management, STO and Subcontracting issues.
- Monitor and resolve IDoc failures and interface-related issues.
- Support inbound and outbound delivery processes.
- Work on Output Determination and BRF+ related issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve recurring issues.
- Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow.
- Coordinate with technical and functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Support SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
- Ensure tickets are resolved within agreed SLA timelines. Required
